This firm has made a number of key Partner hires from highly regarded firms and is pushing for Top 50 in the next 5 years. You will be part of a growing practice that's turnover has increased annually by 30% for 5 years.

This highly recommended Top 100 firm in the UK is soon to move into the Top 50. This firm currently has offices across the country and they often act on the largest matters outside of Magic circle firms. With recent national awards, this firm is coming on leaps and bounds.
London is one of their strongest offices with heavy hitting Partners across various disciplines and over 80 Partners nationwide. With both domestic and cross-border matters being represented across both business and private individuals, this firm has offered real clarity to their clients.
London is seen as the project for the next 5 years. They are largely becoming one of the heaviest hitting practices in the city with key hires across Real Estate, Corporate, Banking, and IP from Top 20 and Top 50 practices. The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Contentious Trusts Partner to join this firm's newly established City of London office.
Within the role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, trust disputes, and contested probate cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and strategic advice to clients.
- Draft legal documents, including letters of claim, pleadings, witness statements, and court submissions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
Requirements :
- You will be a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding experience).
- You will have technical knowledge.
- Experience of managing a team is advantageous but not necessarily essential.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Salary is very competitive, and above market rate; you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package.
