Job Title: Account Manager - Spirits and Beauty Packaging Sector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team within the packaging sector, focusing on managing large spirits and beauty accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the spirits and beauty industries, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and profitability within the spirits and beauty packaging sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging solutions to clients.
4. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new client relationships to expand the company's market presence.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients, negotiating terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
7. Track and report on key account metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and client visits to build networks and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an Account Manager in the packaging industry, preferably within spirits and beauty sectors.
3. Strong understanding of packaging materials, design, production processes, and industry trends.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
