As a Barista, you will be the heart of our client's coffee experience, crafting and serving exceptional beverages with precision and care. Your role extends beyond brewing coffee; Beverage Preparation:
Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
Demonstrate proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and promote seasonal or specialty drinks.
Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean and organized.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.
Maintain an organized cash register and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
Stay informed about coffee bean origins, brewing methods, and the overall coffee industry.
Provide information to customers about our coffee blends and brewing techniques.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other colleagues to fulfil customer orders.
Knowledge or interest in coffee and different brewing techniques is a plus.
