Here is an exciting opportunity If you are passionate about helping children and young people achieve their best possible health outcomes, then come and join our Paediatrics management team at Community Children's Health Partnership.
You will be responsible for the admin team in our organisation, making sure they reach their best potential. You will work closely with Operational Leads making sure our targets are achieved and children are seen in a timely manner. You will be responsible for a monthly report on waiting time figures and be involved in how we can improve on these figures with suggestions and ideas. You will have the opportunity to work on projects and audits as and when required. We need you to be proactive and effective, come up with ideas and suggestions and have great communication skills to keep your teams well informed.

Main duties of the job
To manage a team of admin staff.
To be responsible for monthly report collating and writing
To carry out annual appraisals/PDR's and regular 121's for your team.
To be responsible for the recruitment of admin staff into your team
To have a good understanding of IT system.
To attend monthly budget meetings.
To chair meetings with your team.
To undertake project work and audit work when required.

Person specification
Experience
Experience of line management of staff within designated area of responsibility
Experience of recruitment and selection processes
Experience of being able to understand and explain complex data
Experience of working in the NHS or other similar establishment
To have an understanding and awareness of the impact of change within an organisation and staff.
To have a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours
Experience of staffing issues & HR within a team
Qualifications
~ NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
