Sales Negotiator – York - £25,000 (DOE)

The firm was established in 1855 and has since grown to be one of the most respected property consultancies in the UK, with a network of 34 offices across England and Wales. What you’ll be doing

  1. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers/sellers
  2. Liaising with buyers and sellers
  3. Arranging and conducting viewings
  4. Arranging market appraisals and networking for new instructions
  5. Negotiating offers
  6. Assisting in the advertisement of properties and proactively sourcing buyers
  7. Handle own portfolio of clients to achieve and exceed agreed targets

What you will have

  • Previous sales negotiator experience
  • Good IT skills – competent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to work on bespoke packages
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable
