Role Overview: As a Humanities Teacher, you will primarily cover a diverse range of subjects including Religious Education (RE), Geography, and History. The successful candidate will possess a teaching qualification and have experience working within secondary education. The role requires a commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment while inspiring young minds. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across RE, Geography, and History.
- Create differentiated lesson plans to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Humanities department.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a secondary school setting.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
