At Legate Injury Lawyers, you will be working with a forward-thinking, progressive-minded team. Our practice is restricted to serious personal injury, medical negligence, and birth trauma. We believe that the only way to prepare a case is to know it inside and out, develop it systematically, and advocate for the client vigorously.

We seek a colleague who has experience in motor vehicle accident litigation, statutory accident benefits, and/or medical negligence litigation. The position involves all areas of personal injury litigation, insurance, tort law, evidence, and medical negligence; court and trial attendance; and client interviews.

The ideal candidate has 3 – 5+ years of litigation experience and the ability to manage files through to trial. This position offers the opportunity to develop your own practice. Preference will be given to candidates with medical negligence experience.
