Now, we're seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our team of Business Development Executives.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at instantprint, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Business Development Executives, driving business development strategies, and ensuring the team achieves their targets and objectives. You'll play a key role in supporting the growth of the company by maximising sales opportunities, fostering a high-performance culture, and representing instantprint at events and industry functions, as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market reach.

Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.

Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Represent instantprint at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment (3+ years).

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best (3+ years).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Willingness to travel and attend events as required.

This position is office based 5 days a week at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

The Company

Established in 2012, Bluetree Group is the UK’s largest online printer and exists to manufacture and sell high volume, premium products through investing in its highly skilled team as well as the latest technology.

In 2021, we acquired a luxury book printer, Kingsbury Press, branching out into the publishing industry and have aims of expanding into packaging solutions. In 2022 we were chosen as the printer for the Queen's Jubilee book.

Bluetree's combined office, production and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking, the facility is also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
