Our client is seeking a dedicated support worker for their solo provision in Bloxwich, providing one-on-one care and support to a young person with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to the young person, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Promote independence and positive outcomes through tailored support.
- Work in line with safeguarding policies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the young person.
- Support the young person in education, social activities, and daily living skills.
- Work closely with external professionals, family members, and other team members.
- A minimum of Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a children’s residential setting, ideally with complex needs.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with young people.
- Full UK Driving License
- Competitive pay rate of £14 per hour.
