Landmarc currently require a Multi Trader on a temporary basis at Nesscliff Camp in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The role will require you to be responsible for maintenance, both planned and reactive. We are looking for someone that has a good breadth of knowledge and understanding of all trades, Building, Mechanical and Electrical, but essentially great at DIY. You should be capable of managing your own workload, and advising and selecting materials required to complete works. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and willing nature. Package Description£17.00 per hour Start ASAP *Please note - this role will be paid via an agency. Main ResponsibilitiesGeneral woodworking Door Ironmongery (door closures, locks, fittings etc.) Flooring Roof repairs, slating and tiling, flat roof patching Plastering repairs Tiling Brickwork and concreting Drainage and guttering General grounds maintenance The Ideal CandidateStrong Awareness of Health and Safety and working within a team Strong communication skills Maintenance and DIY skills UK Driving Licence (essential) About The CompanyLandmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).
