Senior Site Manager - Main Contractor

We are now looking for a Senior Site Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

Yearly discretionary performance bonus in December

As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee site operations in Addlestone, supporting the delivery of all aspects of the project.

Specifically, you will be involved in the safety elements, project coordination, planning implementation, quality control, project execution and ultimate completion of the project.

Additionally, you will manage smaller contracts within the wider project scope, acting as the primary person on-site and taking responsibility for overall successful delivery.

To be considered as a Senior Site Manager, you will need to demonstrate:

- Significant experience in the construction and maintenance service sectors
- Extensive knowledge of the operational requirements to deliver projects
- An awareness of the importance of change management and the associated risks
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are mandatory

A construction background in science would be ideal, although not essential. Other organisations may call this role Site Manager, Contract Manager, Building Site Manager, or Construction Manager.
