Job Description:

As a Field Service Engineer with a focus on electrical systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers' equipment operates at peak performance. You will work on a wide range of electrical systems, electro-mechanical fault finding, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to keep the operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot electrical components and control systems.

* Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide effective solutions.

* Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of electrical engineering.

* Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair.

* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

* Valid driver's license.
