We have grown to a £125m turnover business this year, practically doubling in size both organically and through our acquisition journey As part of this growth, we are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our high performing, fast paced finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will provide financial expertise to support our commercial activities and make sure decisions are financially sound.
You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting for our new digital service lines. Conducting performance-based analysis, highlighting variances, monitoring KPI's and creating internal reports to support decision-making.
It is important that this role acts as a trusted partner to those teams and a conduit between financial process and operational performance. Dive into financial planning and analysis, developing and implementing financial models, collating operational assumptions and providing insights
Review financial reports and develop specific KPI's and reporting to support our 3-year vision
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
As a new service to Cooper Parry, and growth through acquisition, you will be happy rolling your sleeves up and being able to switch from high level, adding value, impact and strategy to get into the detail and work on aligning with the wider Group.

Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Possess Commercial Awareness and business acumen
Be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferable
