Location & Hours Location: Stepps/Paisley (Site) Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday Please Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. Your Responsibilities As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in a heritage project, collaborating with an established team to deliver an exceptional museum facility in Paisley. Your daily tasks will include: Conducting on-site measurements as directed by the Senior Quantity Surveyor Managing applications for payment from sub-contractors Preparing applications for payment to clients Gathering and collating data for monitoring actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure through CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation Reports) Assisting in the preparation of final accounts What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for you if you possess: Experience in a similar position within the construction industry Some knowledge and understanding of NEC/JCT Contracts A solid grasp of project commercial management best practices Comfort in engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including client representatives, sub-contractors, and internal teams A current driving license Rewards and Benefits We take pride in offering our talented team a diverse range of benefits that can be tailored to your individual needs.
