A high level Assistant Building Surveyor is required to work as part of a Group to assist in the role of Clients Representative and to undertake other surveying duties as may be required from time to time within the capabilities of the candidate.
As a multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy, this leading outfit provides a definitive range of services to the UK building and construction industry covering chartered building & quantity surveying, project management, architecture & master planning, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, sustainability and health & safety. 
Due to securing a long term contract on a large government project, this leading consultancy is now keen to add a high level Assistant Building Surveyor to their growing and influential south east (London) based team.
Assisting senior members of staff and Client Representative duties on a wide range of high profile new build housing and regeneration projects within London and the surrounding Counties, you will be responsible for working on various stages of projects from inception to completion working within a supportive team to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality. You will report directly to a Partner within the practice, which not many consultancies can offer in addition to being exposed to a myriad of fun and exciting projects to boot.
An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, members of the project team and your client.
An ability to keep accurate records through minutes, risk registers, client reports and internal filing processes.
00, Monday to Friday
Holidays: From 24 days per annum, rising to 30 days depending on length of service
