Mechanical Supervisor

Yolk Recruitment is actively working with a renowned company based in South Wales to find a highly skilled Shift Mechanical Supervisor .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on their Engineering function. As the Mechanical Shift Leader, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager leading the maintenance activities on shift.

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Manage maintenance inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts and equipment.

Experience in an Engineering supervisor or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
A minimum of a Level 3 in mechanical Engineering
