Asset Surveyor

I am currently working with a Nationwide Housing Association, looking for a Disrepair Surveyor.

My client is on a journey to shape the future, with their Homes team recently restructured to better support our customers and communities. Their mission is to enhance their tenant's lives through a range of services.

In this role, you'll manage surveying activities, coordinate with maintenance teams, maintain stakeholder relationships, and stay updated on legislation and risk assessment.

Qualification in building surveying or relevant experience.
- Extensive surveying team experience.
- Ability to assess asset-related risks.

They own and manage over 75,000 homes, providing high-quality housing and services while supporting their communities.
