Our client is a leading Contract Electronics Manufacturer (CEM), offering manufacturing services ranging from Product Design & PCB Assembly through to full system build. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to exciting projects and advance their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Purpose of the role Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans for electronic components and systems.
  • Perform detailed testing and analysis of electronic circuits and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug electronic hardware to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to improve product reliability and performance.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document test procedures, results, and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
About You The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Electronics Test Engineer role, and knowledge of industry standards such as IPC and ISO.
  • Proficiency in using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with automated test systems and software tools.
