You will need to visit the officefor an induction and training, however the role will be mainly working from home but would need to live in the Lancashire area to attend the office as/when required.
You will ideally be a Building Surveyor with lots of enthusiasm and the dedication required to help contribute to our continued success – we'd like you to have the ability to build lasting working relationships with clients and colleagues so having a team orientated approach is essential - you should be technically competent with a resilient nature ensuring that you can have those difficult conversations with challenging clients when needed, we want you to be an aspirational individual with a willingness to take personal responsibility for any building projects under your realm – finally your professional integrity and practice will build trust and instil confidence with your clients, team and stakeholders
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
