Electronics Hardware & Firmware Engineer – Cornwall - £35K- £55K Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below. I'm working with an Electronics Manufacturer in Plymouth who specialise in control systems for a diverse range of customers including the Defence, Aerospace & Automotive sector. They are looking for someone who enjoys a combination of hardware and embedded design with a passion to bring to life their future products in both existing and new areas. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain firmware & software for embedded systems
  • Design, develop & test new & existing products
  • Debug software & firmware
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team of Hardware & Software Engineers
Key Skills/Experience:
  • HND/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
  • Embedded C/C++
  • PCB Desing & Layout
  • Analogue & Digital Circuit Design
  • Electronics prototyping & testing
Any mix of the following is nice to have:
  • ARM STM32 Microcontrollers
  • Motor Control
  • Power Electronics
  • Wireless communication protocols (GSM, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)
