Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless project scoping and design within budget and timeframe constraints.

* Oversee project progress from inception to handover, devising strategies to tackle any challenges that arise.

* Set and achieve project targets by efficiently utilizing operational and support resources.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operations sites.

Ideal Candidate:

* Holds an HNC/Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related fields.

* Possesses a Full Driving Licence for travel to sites across Scotland.

* Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous improvement and exceptional internal customer service.

* Excels in building relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and suppliers.

* Proficient in planning and organizing activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

* Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with adaptability to various ERP systems.
