Job Description

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the IT risk management process.
• Ensure IT compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Identify and evaluate technology risks, and plan mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and evaluate IT performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments to assess company-wide IT risks and compliance.
• Provide regular reports on IT risk and compliance activities.
• Develop and deliver training to increase IT risk and compliance awareness.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT risk and compliance professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Risk & Compliance Manager should have:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of IT risk management and IT compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey IT risk and compliance strategies.
• A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
