Our client is an exciting contemporary menswear brand who have been successful in continued growth and brand recognition over recent years.
They are looking for an Assistant Designer to come on board and join their team. This is a great entry level role for someone who is looking for a brand to grow and develop with.
Providing support to the Design Team, Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to the Design Team.
- Research fashion trends.
- Mood board creation/idea contribution.
- Support with tech packs.
- Sourcing materials and fabrics.
- Use CAD to create designs/patterns/samples.
- Establish strong relationships with worldwide suppliers and internal teams.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong time management skills with a highly organised mindset, demonstrating your ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and manage projects with deadlines.
- A flexible approach to your work and the business, be a key team player and adapt as required with the ability to work well as part of a small growing team.
- Experience within a similar role within menswear.
- Good communication skills, being able to effectively communicate across the business.
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Degree in fashion/design.
- Hybrid working.
Salary is dependent on experience.
