Following the current post holder’s promotion to Headship, we are searching for a full-time Assistant Headteacher to join in September 2024 on a permanent basis.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a person with vision, drive and a proven record of successful teaching and learning, curriculum development, quality assurance and leading change to be part of the Senior Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher.
Ensure that the school is inclusive and that all students have the opportunity to reachthe highest possible standards through the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
•Lead high quality and evidence based CPD for all staff.
•Lead and evaluate quality assurance and monitoring processes.
•Provide leadership and line management to middle leadership.
•Work with the Governing Body and other stakeholders to ensure the school’s vision is clearly articulated, shared, understood and translated into real and effective action by all.
