Our client is a leading construction company committed to delivering excellence, is seeking a skilled Finishing Foreman to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the final stages of construction projects, with a primary focus on snagging. A CSCS card is required for this position.

Snagging: Lead the snagging process, meticulously identifying and rectifying defects, imperfections, and deficiencies in the finished work to achieve the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that all finishing works meet or exceed project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure the timely completion of snagging works and adherence to project schedules.

Provide regular progress reports to the project manager, highlighting snagging issues, delays, or concerns and proposing effective solutions to address them.

CSCS card is essential for this position.
