Enterprise & Solution Architect, Insurance A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible. £750 - £900 per day Inside IR35 London/Hybrid SAAS, Finance Products, Insurance, Reinsurance Enterprise & Solution Integration Architect is required by leading Insurance organisation to join a small enterprise and solution architecture function to support strategic and regulatory change initiatives and deliver the integration of multiple SAAS based finance products within the business. This role will require both enterprise and solution level design and someone with the ability to build strong relationships with the business areas and tech teams alike. Key Responsibilities: Liaise closely with architecture team to ensure strategic direction is understood and incorporated into the architecture on the programme ie any enterprise patterns, standards, strategic themes Collaborate with Global Technology, Transformation and Business Design teams to ensure that the architecture is socialised and understood. Proactively engage with the Architecture Governance process and ensure that relevant Architecture design decisions are communicated, addressed, socialised and agreed in the relevant governance forms (both Technical Design Authority (TDA) & Architecture Review Board (ARB)). Chair the governance forums at times. Scoping and designing any relevant data migration exercise to target platform, identification of relevant tools to aid with migration. Create usable Solution Architecture documentation that can be consumed by internal and external delivery and engineering teams Work closely with Lead Security Architect, Head of Technology & Data Architecture to ensure that: Technology & Data Architecture layers of the Target architecture are aligned to future strategic direction and taking on Security principles, capabilities, guardrails are reflected in Target Architecture & transition architectures appropriately Liaise with third party vendors involved in creating and delivering the E2E solution. Some vendors will offer SaaS products Understanding of enterprise estate management in mixed SaaS, bespoke and platform environments. Technical aspects include Azure cloud, Azure Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Integration architectures (event, messaging, API), security models, threat modelling, IDP integration and security designs, MI platforms, portals, MS Power platform and SharePoint. Work closely with Programme Managers, Business Domain leads and business stakeholders to communicate the value of architecture, across all phases of the programme and initiative lifecycle Key Requirements: Extensive integration architecture experience Experience integrating SAAS tools Experience working with different finance products e.g. SAP or Workday Actuarial or risk modelling experience Ideally you will have working within Insurance or financial services For a full consultation on this role please email your CV to Arc IT Recruitment.
