Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, tailored to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
Create a warm, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to learn.
Work collaboratively with SEN specialists and support staff to differentiate learning for pupils with additional needs.
Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting individual learning plans as necessary to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of each child.
Collaborate with staff to continuously improve the EYFS provision and uphold inclusive teaching practices.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in EYFS and working with children with SEN.
In-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
A nurturing, patient, and inclusive approach to teaching, with a passion for supporting diverse learners.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with parents, SEN professionals, and other staff members.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with the school team.
