Location: Barnet, North London

Salary: Outer London (with a TLR) - Competitive, dependent on experience

EYFS Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EYFS team, providing vision, direction, and support to ensure high standards of teaching and learning for children aged 3 to 5.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement an engaging curriculum suitable for EYFS learners.
  • Support the professional growth of EYFS practitioners through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, fostering communication and collaboration to support children's learning at home and in school.

EYFS Phase Lead Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in EYFS.
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework, child development principles, and effective teaching practices.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
