Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong background in Financial Applications to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the design of innovative financial products, transforming complex financial processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You will collaborate closely with our CTO, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless digital solutions that exceed both business objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from research and concept development to final delivery.
  • Develop user-centric design solutions for web and desktop platforms in the FinTech space.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and iterate designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our users group to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative designs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and FinTech.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a significant portion in the FinTech industry.
  • Proven experience in designing complex financial applications (e.g., treasury systems, payments, trading platforms, banking apps).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and problem-solving approaches.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , and prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of user research methods and usability testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on solving complex user problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and designing for complex datasets.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
