We are working with a leading organization committed to providing education, housing, justice, and health and wellbeing services to individuals in need. They believe in supporting people to succeed and creating lasting change through empowerment and advocacy.
Provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners.
Provide effective line management to program staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities and providing necessary support and development.
Knowledge and experience of quality and regulatory frameworks, including Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework.
Significant experience in delivering teaching, learning, and assessment in the Further Education and Skills sector and line management experience. (QTS, PGCE, or DET L5 equivalent teaching qualification. (Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, with an emphasis on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of learners.
Enhanced DBS clearance - Adult & Child barred list.
English and mathematics qualifications at level 2 or above.
