Overview

Pragmatic is looking for anAnalog Design Manager tostreamline the development of Pragmatic IC products going forward.

The successful candidate willhave experienceof leading analog and mixed signal design projects and teams. They will also have a deep understanding of design methodologies and review processes.

Key tasks
  • Be able to guide staff and be hands on.

  • Solid understanding of device behaviour, circuit topologies and architectures
  • Expert user of analog design tools (Cadence, Mentor, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of practices for assuring device reliability and high yield (DFM).
  • Show extensive innovation in previous work (which has delivered customer solutions).
  • Experience in behavioural languages such as Verilog-A.
Qualifications and training

  • IC design-specific training.
  • Relevant graduate/post graduate qualification.
Skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previously designed chips with Analog-Mixed-Signal content.
  • Have experience in interfacing with marketing and technology partners.
  • Knowledge in mentoring and developing staff.
  • Low power design skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge in creating resource and project plans.
  • Proficiency in creating project roadmaps.
