To provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team, ensuring efficient supply of goods in alignment with business strategy, focusing on cost, lead-time, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request and manage order confirmations from suppliers, ensuring compliance with WWS requirements and terms.
  • Monitor and expedite due and overdue purchase orders to maintain delivery schedules.
  • Address shortages with suppliers and regularly update internal stakeholders.
  • Support operational and project purchasing activities.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the SAP system.
  • Adhere to and promote safe working practices in line with the Company’s Health and Safety policy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • General Skills: Strong communication, customer relations, teamwork, organization, and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and IM tools.
  • Education: A Level or equivalent preferred.
  • Professional Skills: Negotiation, SAP MM, business financial reporting, and contract negotiation. SAP or similar MRP system experience is preferred, with training provided if necessary.
