Senior Culture and Inclusion Manager – Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service
Contract: permanent
Hours: full time, 35 hours per week
Location: MFRS Headquarters, Bootle, L30 4YD, with the option of hybrid working
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service (MFRS) is dedicated to protecting and serving the communities of Merseyside. As we continue our mission to enhance safety and well-being, we are seeking a Senior Culture and Inclusion Manager to lead our efforts in promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive environment within our organization.
Reporting to the Director of People & Organisational Development, the Senior C&I Manager is responsible for ensuring MFRA delivers a progressiveand innovative approach to equality, diversity, culture and inclusion meeting all statutory and service requirements.
As the Senior Culture and Inclusion Manager at MFRS, you will play a crucial role in championing diversity and inclusion initiatives that reflect the values and needs of our diverse workforce and community. Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders, you will develop and implement strategies to cultivate an inclusive culture and drive positive change throughout the organization.
You will have substantial experience of working in a similar role developing equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and translating it into reality. Be able to think creatively, originally, strategically and influence others to embrace the benefits of changes to organisational culture.
Full flexible working arrangements with a 35 hour working week
~23 days’ holiday, (rising to 28 days after 5 years’ service) plus Bank holidays and 2 additional Extra Statutory days added to the holiday entitlement

Pension Considerations
