Construction Finishing Manager - Salford

We are a medium sized main construction contractor currently working on a sereal +£10m projects around the Manchester network. Our requirement is for a Finishing Foreman / Site Manager to see the various levels of the site through to completion, working with the Packages Managers for each block and the Project DIrector.

Your new role as a Finishing Manager on this project will be to oversee the quality of different subcontractors and ensure they are working to the program given.

* Compiling quality checks on works

* Coordinating a team of trades/managing subcontractors

* Quality checking before handover

You will have good man management skills, be approachable and adaptable and be able to find solutions quickly and effectively. You will have a valid-in-date SMSTS, CSCS and first aid certificate.
You must hold a valid passport or Full Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence at your current address.
