Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are important. You must also be eager to help students to become more independent within their learning and ensure a safe, secure and engaging environment.
