Role Overview:
As a Corporate Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions, and corporate governance. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse industries, providing strategic guidance and legal solutions tailored to their specific needs. This role offers exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and the chance to collaborate with colleagues from our global network of offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting and reviewing transactional documents
Assisting with due diligence investigations
Advising clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Supporting senior team members on complex transactions
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
Experience in handling corporate transactions, preferably within an international law firm
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
