SAP S4/HANA Functional Consultant

Leading Energy Markets and Trading firm are looking to hire an experienced SAP S4/HANA Functional Consultant to support the migration to a new group wide SAP ERP solution. The programme is due to last through to 2026 offering long term contract opportunities for experienceD SAP professionals.

Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed understanding of the business requirements and enhance this to be S4/Finance specific. This included then defining detailed S4/Finance requirements to feed into the detailed solution design.

Support detailed solution design, working closely with the Global Process Owner and SME's and be responsible for all business-owned deliverables related to the process

Actively support and execute business owned activities related to Data Migration and preparation

Actively support and execute business owned activities related to end-user training, including preparation of training material and delivery of training to end-users

Execute and support business owned deployment and cut-over activities.

Experience

Experienced SAP Functional consultant/professional with strong knowledge of S4/HANA (FICO & Group reporting)

S4 Standard process knowledge

Experience in SAP Transformation programmes/projects

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

Open to European travel maximum once a month

German business knowledge helpful but not essential
