Are you passionate about childcare and dedicated to creating an environment where children can explore, play, learn, and have fun? We're on the lookout for a friendly and passionate full-time Early Years Practitioner who is qualified at Level 2 or higher to join our amazing team at our client nursery. You'll be working in a lovely nursery located in the heart of Windsor - just a short stroll from the train station and close to the M4. Our client's beautiful nursery is designed to cater to the needs of up to 24 children and offers a comfortable and safe environment for them. The nursery features two spacious and well-equipped rooms that are designed to promote creativity and learning. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to allow children to explore and play in a safe and secure environment. The nursery's facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is highly trained and experienced in providing quality care for children.
Our client is a small, family-run daycare that has been taking care of little ones for over 35 years. You'll feel the love, care, and warmth that they offer to everyone who walks through their doors.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary, aligned with National Living Wage age groupings.
Twenty-five days of annual leave per annam, excluding bank holidays.
Half a day off if you are our employee of the month.
Additional time off during the Christmas and New Year period when we are closed.

Flexible Shifts:
Work according to our rotational shift pattern, including 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
