Key Responsibilities:

A Successful Candidate Should Have:

  • A deep understanding of data, data processes, API design, and web services.
  • Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong working knowledge of .NET-based CMS products (e.g., Umbraco, Optimizely/Episerver).
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

Tech Stack You’ll Be Working With:

  • .NET Framework, .NET Core (with an upcoming shift to .NET 8.0).
  • ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core MVC.
  • Web API / Web API 2 and OAuth 2.0.
  • Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Transact-SQL (T-SQL).
  • JavaScript ES5/ES6, TypeScript.
  • CSS: SASS and an understanding of task runners: GULP/GRUNT.
  • Website optimizations and analysis using the Lighthouse scoring system and metrics.
  • Version control systems like GIT/SVN.
  • Agile development using Scrum.
  • Agile practices (CI, CD, BDD, TDD).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with AWS and Azure as hosting environments.
  • Experience in high-traffic eCommerce retailing.
  • Working knowledge of React, Vue, and Angular.
  • Experience implementing headless CMS and SPAs.
