As the eC ommerce Sales Development Manager, you will be accountable for growth acceleration in EMEA. Driving the eCommerce strategies and geographical expansion.
This position works out of our Maidenhead location in the EMEA Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, Glucerna and ZonePerfect – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.
Account Management
Implementing eCommerce short term & long-term strategy/framework to achieving commercial targets across all key accounts
Working cross functional with customer & Abbott to build relationships to ensure success across Sales, Supply Chain, & Marketing
Financial & Forecasting Responsibility
Develop the Investment strategy for each brand aligned to assigned channels /Key customer and Category strategy.
Primary point of contact for planning & forecasting for your customers
Reporting weekly to the business on performance and conducting financial review/monthly tracking for given account with commercial director
Marketing Support
Work with digital specialist & Brand Managers to optimise digital webpages and drive engagement and conversion to improve overall digital KPIs.
Align Customer and Brand strategies/objectives to identify key business opportunities. Ensure eCommerce plans are integrated into annual Integrated Business Planning Process as well as Retail Joint Business Planning
Internal Business Support
~ Develop trade and consumer unit pack/price architecture framework to deliver strategic assigned channels and customer opportunities.
Leverage the data captured from the Ecommerce channel to provide inputs to both the Affiliates and the Area team on areas around ROI measurement, KPIs tracking, etc.
Maintain an impactful presence and be comfortable interacting regularly with senior level management both at Abbott Nutrition and Amazon
Working knowledge of E-Commerce business model (from demand generation to distribution) is required.
Knowledge of Retail Sales, Brand Management or Shopper Marketing
Strong analytical and data mining skills
Educated to degree level and/or equivalent qualification with relevant commercial experience.
