They help small businesses get a current account in less than 10 minutes with a debit card to follow. They also take care of all the backend with invoicing software to create and chase them if overdue to secure fast payments.
Tax services are also deep within their DNA by helping you stay one step ahead of HMRC, with handy tax reminders and tax estimations as you earn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the board of directors.
- Accounting, Forecast Modelling, Taxes.
- Maintain new and existing relationships with banks.
- Very hands-on but lead and manage a small finance team.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, including board materials.
- Lead the company through funding rounds and presenting to outside investment groups.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.
About you:
- At least 10 years of experience in high-growth fintech companies.
- Strong focus on FP&A.
- Experience in active business environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Implemented an ERP system.
- Ability to command a room and come up with solutions to every problem.
