You will be part of an exciting Turnaround Project with this Nursing Home. You will be responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the home including occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and good quality standards. They are currently supporting 80+ elderly and young adults with general nursing needs, Mental Health needs, Physical Disabilities and Dementia Care.
Establishing a robust care quality framework within the Home involves several key components:
