Do you have a passion for supporting people to live great lives in their communities and find creative solutions to supporting people to live in their own homes and participate in the activities that are important to them? You will work closely with other Occupational Therapy colleagues in the team, community care assistants and social workers, as well as our other community colleagues such as GPs, district nurses care providers and voluntary sector. Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
