Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, this exciting role will support the people strategy and initiatives for EMEA in collaboration with the business leaders and the People Team to ensure that priorities impacting people are aligned to the business or functional strategy/ priorities, are defined, developed and deployed.
In collaboration with the Functional People Partners and the COE Leads, you will ensure that priorities impacting people are aligned to the business or regional strategy/priorities, are defined, developed and deployed for EMEA. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders and Executive team members to drive transformation that will align with Wind River’s growth strategy.
Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Support managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Identify talent gaps and implement training and development initiatives to build workforce capabilities.
EMEA point of contact for employee relations & immigration, partnering closely with legal team.
Counsel employees and leadership within region on various aspects of policies and compliance.
Additional People Team projects as needed.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
