Reporting to an Managing Director, the General Manager will oversee the management of circa 100 staff members. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering services, TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification), environmental services or aerospace manufacturing, with a strong focus on operations management, commercial acumen, and financial proficiency.
Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the site.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management to optimize resources and maximise profitability.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Strong background in operations management, with a focus on engineering testing services, TIC, environmental services or aerospace manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
