Package: £60,000 to £65,000 + Car, Bonus & Benefits

Hybrid Opportunity - 3 days on site per week

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving excellence in logistics and supply chain operations? Loom Talent have partnered with a leading FMCG in Boston, Peterborough in their search for a 3PL Transport Commercial Manager. The 3PL Transport Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing end to end group Transport operations, provided by an outsourced 3PL partner.

Being responsible for UK Transport operations across inbound & outbound activities.
• Managing a Transport team of c.Ensuring commercial arrangements are aligned, whilst managing core, contracted SLA's are achieved.
• Responding to various day to day and seasonal logistical challenges are effectively managed.
• Leading the Logistics strategy for network optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Supporting key internal stakeholders including Site Operations, Customer Services, Sales, Finance, and Logistics Service providers to deliver the most optimum service at the best possible cost.

The successful candidate for the 3PL Transport Commercial Manager position will possess:

• A Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain Background - Essential.
• 3+ years Sub-Contract / 3PL / Haulier Transport management experience - Essential.
• Previous experience in managing a Transport Planning function - Essential.
• Commutable to the Boston, Peterborough area for 3+ days per week - Essential.

Salary - £60,000 to £65,000 - Depending on experience.
