Penistone Grammar School has a vacancy for a full-time Teacher of English who has the enthusiasm and drive to join our excellent team of English professionals

  • Contract: Full time, Permanent

About the role:

You will be a first-class practitioner who will thrive upon the commitment our students have to their learning, a teacher who has the determination and talent to make a difference in the life of each and every student you teach; a teacher who shares our vision and can inspire our young people to achieve more than they believe is possible. The successful candidate will have previous experience of teaching English with a proven track record at KS3 and KS4 or be enthusiastic about taking on the challenge that teaching to examination level will bring; for candidates with relevant experience there is potential to teach KS5.
