Solution Architect required to work for a Professional Services business based in Bristol. This firm are currently on prem and looking to move into the Cloud. We need someone who has been part of an on-prem function and helped a company with their journey into Cloud based technologies. This will be all Microsoft Stack, along with some 3 rd party and bespoke applications. The role will be based in Bristol circa 2 days per week and the rest from home. Read on for more details Experience required: MS Dynamics 365 Peppermint CX365 Azure DevOps Active Directory Azure Active Directory Proven experience working as a Lead Developer and Architect. Proven ability to architect, govern and deliver solutions to meet business needs. Experience with working with agile delivery teams to product development and evolution. In-depth understanding of coding languages. Excellent communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset that explores all considerations when creating solutions. Confident and effective persuasion and negotiation skills. Experience supporting technological change across a business. Understanding of user journeys to create and deliver better, more joined up solutions. Excellent communication skills (to internal/external stakeholders). Strong problem solving and prioritisation skills. Someone who values and embodies an effective collaboration working style. Excellent people, interpersonal, and communication skills.
