We are currently looking to recruit an experienced multi-skilled Engineer to support our busy cold store operation . This role will be working on a day shift pattern of 08.00hrs to 16.00hrs, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to be part of an ‘out of hours’ callout roster, with a weekly payment to reflect.

Responsibilities:
  • The majority of our works is maintenance based - repairing broken, damaged equipment, replacing worn out components.
  • Complete day to day and planned maintenance
  • Raising and highlighting any safety concerns across the business.
  • Ensuring maintenance works are completed safely, and in accordance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • To work on planned projects
  • Maintenance on motor control systems
  • Must work within all written procedures, handbook, and Company policies and standards.
  • Infrequent travel to our other UK sites, when necessary
Requirements:
  • A minimum of C&G2365 Level 3
  • C&G 2391 inspection & testing
  • C&G 2382-22 18th edition IET Qualification preferred, however this can be provided.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be required to liaise with all levels of management, hauliers, customers and third parties.
  • Hold Full UK Driving licence.
  • Experience of working on site – domestic and industrial
