  • Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering growth and innovation.
  • Ensure Salesforce platforms are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated.
  • Keep pace with Salesforce updates and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Salesforce Developer, or Architect.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools.
  • Problem-Solver: Strategic thinker who thrives on tackling complex challenges.
  • Communicator: Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills to translate tech into business outcomes.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect) preferred.
